ARGENTINA-PARAGUAY. 1888 (Aug 26). 8c scarlet postal stationery envelope used to Asuncion, Paraguay from Buenos Ayres endorsed "Por Rosario" with Asuncion arrival cds on reverse. Addressee not found and handstamped "Rebut" in black of PARAGUAY (RRR).
